The Rugby Sprint Triathlon is an open event, open to any ability and age (over 15 years old). The race swim starts within the historic grounds of Bilton Grange School in the 25 metre pool, and takes in the local countryside around Rugby on the bike leg, before returning to the school grounds for a picturesque run on grass. All competitors receive a goody bag, and there are prizes for winning Triathletes, including age groups. Various facilities are available including hot food, massage and sports retail stalls all on-site. For 2010, we are using timing chips for all entrants. We are also numbering racking and spacing out swim starts for a less cluttered swim lane. There is ample free parking, and the registration, pool, transition and finish line are all within 200 metres of each other.
